Spiritual offerings are sacred and time-based, but we understand life happens.

1. Workshops, Meditations & Healing Sessions

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or reschedule.

• No-shows or late cancellations: Unfortunately, these are non-refundable.

• Group programs & online workshops: Refunds are not available once the course has started or materials are accessed.

2. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Downloads)

• Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. Physical Products

• If damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund after review.

• Return shipping (if required) is the responsibility of the buyer.
