At Holy Science Group, all of our offerings—whether healing sessions, digital content, workshops, or products—are created with deep intention, care, and spiritual integrity.
Because our services involve energetic, educational, and digital transmissions (which are often personalized and non-tangible), we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made or a session has been confirmed.
Healing sessions (online or offline): Non-refundable once booked. If you’re unable to attend, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Digital products (downloads, recordings, or online courses): These are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of instant access and intellectual property.
Physical products (if offered): All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective, in which case a replacement will be arranged within 7 days of delivery.
